Import Creators

For Creators you approved before the site existed. Paste a spreadsheet below. Each person is added as an approved Creator application and (if you leave the box ticked) emailed the "You're approved!" message with a link to log in. If they have a Localist account with the same email address you list here, it is upgraded right away; if not, they sign up with that email and are set up automatically.

How to use it

In your spreadsheet, make a header row using the column names below. First Name, Business Name and Email are required; every other column is optional, and columns can be in any order.
Select the rows (headers included), copy, and paste them into the box below. Copying straight from Google Sheets or Excel works, including long descriptions.
Click Check. You'll see every person, can open each one to see exactly which fields were read, and who's skipped (already a Creator/Host, already has an application, bad email, or listed twice).
Click Import. Importing sends emails, so check the list first.

✨ marks what is copied onto their Creator page automatically when their account is set up (they can edit all of it). Everything else is saved on their application for your records. Photos can't be imported; Creators add them with their products. If someone already has a customer account with the same email, importing upgrades it to a Creator right away. Anyone approved who hasn't created their login. Use Resend email to send the approval email again.
