Block the days you can't drop orders off at a pickup location. Blocked days pause the clock: they don't count toward a product's turnaround time. For example, a 5-day product ordered right before a blocked week starts counting again once that week ends. Customers see an estimated ready date worked out from this calendar, so use your best judgement about what to block.
